Okay ive done the disk clean-up thing, and cleaned out all i could… But i still only have 4.88g available. My computer holds about 38g. How do i remove some of the other 38g?

disk-clean up won’t do if you got tons of programs installed in your system.. try to uninstall some of unuseful programs.. if what you mean cleaning up is formatting your disk and still you only get 4.88gb then your hard disk might be partitioned. try repartitioning your hard drive. but before that, backup all your important files since repartitioning means deleting everything including your OS.. so be sure you also know how to reprogram your pc.. goodluck!
I’m assuming that by "g", you mean gigabytes.
I suggest that you might want to start moving some of your files off onto external storage (external hard drives, USB Flash drives, CDs, etc.) Also, if you have any games or programs you don’t use anymore, uninstall those to free up more space.
