   there are factors why your computer is running slow or hangs up (its not just the spywares and virus)

   – maybe you have installed a lot of programs in your comp.
   – your computer needs additional memory
   – you OS needs to reinstall becuase some of the components
   is corrupted

   you could go to add/remove programs and remove it then redownload it from http://www.microsoft.com

   put the Windows XP CD in the drive and run a repair!!!!

   At worst case you’ll need a total reinstall. But repair should do it

   There are endless things that can go wrong with Windows, although A good anti-spyware can sure help. It just so happens that our favorite geek of them all (Billy boy Gates) has a "Beta" version of their new "Anti-spyware out. But wait til’ you hear the best parts. Its FREE and it works great !!!! Bill Gates is, in fact, one of the "good guys" and rumor has it, he is going to war against these "Spyware" creeps. Right now its free, but probably not for long,, so hurry.

   PS: XP sp2 can sometimes fix problems, but not always. The BEST way to fix "Windows" and most computer geeks will agree, Is to do a "Re-build". Yes that means re-loading windows and losing all your files. You could save all your files first as a back-up. The problem is, if the back up files are infected. When you re-load them, all your work will have been in vain. Ya see, once something gets writen to the "Registry" it is VERY hard to get it off your machine. Remember, when you delete a file or files, the computer does NOT wipe it clean. All that is done is a "0" is writen in front of the files so the computer simply ignors it.After years of bad files on and off of the computer, this "Bad Seed" is formed. Or as said in the "olds school" days,, "The Ghost in the Machine". But before you re-load Windows, ALWAYS try the easy ways first, Try the "Microsoft" anti-spyware and stay away from music sites such as "Kazaa" and remember,,, MOST sites today contain spyware. Also try "Norton System Works 2002" Its NOT an anti-virus program. Its a "Fix-it program" people alway confuse it with being an Anti-virus progame because its the "Norton company"………

   Its like they always say…"If something to good to be true, then it probably is" Not much is free on the net today. You either pay in cash, or in headaches, such as Spywares.
