Of course there are some way to go through. But, i think this one is a easiest way and also the best way to track those cookies:
Step by Step procedures:
1. With Internet Explorer, click menu Tools –> Internet Options.
2. Inside the Internet Options dialog box, find the Temporary Internet Files part, and you can see 3 buttons there Delete Cookies, Delete Files, Settings.
3. Choose Settings.
4. In Settings dialog box, click on the View Files button to open the Temporary Internet Settings explorer window.
Then, you can track them all ;). Good luck.
Cheers
Go to the tools button at the top of your menu bar. Click it and scroll down to Internet Options, click it again. You should see on the general page a button to delete cookies along with the other buttons to delete temp. Internet files and also history.
In the temp folder under docs and settings which is under your profile name.
On Internet Explorer:
At the top of the window (Tools >> Internet Options >> Click on "General" tab >> Click on "Delete Cookies.." button.
On Mozilla Firefox (recommended):
Tools >> Options >> "Privacy" tab at the top of small window >> "Cookies" sub-tab >> click "Clear cookies now" button
(after edit) To remove junk mail? If you mean spam, I recommend an Email application like Mozilla Thunderbird, which has a spam filter. There’s plenty out there, but I find this one easy to use, and it’s priceless.
