   Get the free version of malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/
   It will help clean you computer up good.
   you can also use ccleaner http://www.piriform.com/ccleaner/download
   it will help get rid of old internet files, cookies and stuff like that.

   remove browser toolbars, they are pure evil!! also, remove stupid programs that have icons in the system tray (except antivirus software), if you don’t remove them then try to disable them from starting when windows starts. go to the start menu, go to programs, look for the Startup folder, & delete EVERYTHING in it. bring up the command prompt (start then run on most versions of windows), type in msconfig, go to the startup tab, & remove the check marks from all unnecessary programs, then restart, that should help at least a little. oh and ignore snotty, immature comments about computer specs, knowing the specs doesn’t really help
