   when you got your pc did you make a set of back up discs? if you did just put the first disc in and boot from it and do a fresh install of windows and follow any instructions that are given, or you can do an install from the recovery partition of your hard drive, not sure what key you press on a toshiba to do this, it is usually F8, as soon as you press the power button start tapping F8 until the recovery console comes up(you may ned to check it is F8 for toshiba)

   you have a virus. a bad 1. u are going to have to reboot to factory and lose ething you have. when the black screen comes up first its f12 or 1 of those.

   If you don’t mind losing your info, I would suggest a clean install, basically just using the disk and following the instructions.
