Try Safe Mode (F8) and use your antimalware program.
Or restore your system to an earlier point when your PC was not infected (use Windows’ System Restore function)
restart your PC, during boot press F8 until you get an option to start in safe mode with networking, update then run malware Bytes, then run TDS Killer available here: http://support.kaspersky.com/faq/?qid=208283363
That should fix it.
Also, there are groups like Office Max and Support.com that will remote into your pc and remove the virus without you having to take the pc into a shop. All you need is to be able to establish an internet connecting and they will do the work.

You can use this serial SL55J-T54YHJ61-YHG88 to register "Malware Protection" in order to stop the fake security alerts that are really annoying. Once this is done, you are free to install anti-malware software and remove the rogue anti-virus program from your computer properly.
