   try starting the pc in safe mode – usually F5 or f8 on startup

   go into the control panel – add and remove programs

   if you can not remove this – this program maybe spyware or adware itself

   you will have to download a good spyware sweeper – something from a trusted source zonelabs – ms antispy –
   spybot is a good one

   With you pc keeping on freezing is a classic sign that your system is effected with spyware
