How to remove annoying winfixer pop ups from my computer?

I have these annoying winfixer pos ups…have tried all sorts of ad removal programs but no success. How can I get rid of winfixer?

you can download and install microsoft anti spyware from :

After you install the Microsoft Antispyware, you need to run a full system scan and let it remove all the crap at the end of the scan.

I recommend MS Antispyware also. In addition, I also like Lavasoft Adaware and Spybot Search and Destroy (Both of which you can get from download.com)
