   Update your Spyware Doctor and scan with it. It should be capable to detect this scam.

   Update:

   Trojan TDss(rootkit) this can stop AV, antispyware & antimalware programs from running or working, it you remove Trojan TDss(rootkit) go back & update & run your AV, antispyware & antimalware programs again they should now work.

   Malwarebytes would not install – Trojan TDss(rootkit)

   Do a scan here it does not remove what it finds but is a good scan:
