download free registry repair from http://www.download.com and run it. it should remove the registry keys that reference non existent files. if that does not work, note the file names when you get the error and run cmd>regedit and remove the registry keys manually.
Use Advanced system Care

First you must be sure this is not an issue related to a bug. Do this:
Reboot
hold the F8 key until you get to the safe mode options
go into safe mode with networking
be patient, its slow

download rkill and run it
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill
a command prompt will open and close, then a log will appear – that means its finished
if no command prompt opens, keep running it til it does
download install update malwarebytes
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/malwarebytes-anti-malware
let it run a scan
see if the report says it cleaned everything
Run your antivirus and let it do a scan
restart back to normal mode
hope this helps

Next, if you are still having a problem put your windows OS disk in the DVD ROM and restart your computer. It will recognize the disk and ask if you want to reinstall or repair. Choose repair and let it do a repair. That should repair your registry if you have a registry problem
hope this helps
