here is how to log in to Windows 7 without entering any user name or password .
In the run menu type control userpasswords2.
Just press WIN + R to get the RUN menu.
The user accounts windows will now open up.
Look for the option saying ” Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer ” and uncheck this option and press “OK”.
Now a windows opens up asking you to enter the current password you use to log in to Windows 7. Enter the password and confirm. Done!.
From now on when you boot to Windows you will not be asked or prompted to enter the user name and password. This can also save a couple of seconds while starting Windows.
so easy, right? if you forgot windows 7 password and now are locked out by your computer, firstly you have to get access to the computer, looking for this blog to see how to login to windows 7 if forgot the password: http://blog.recoverlostpassword.com/category/window
If you are the only user, get rid of the whole sign in.
Start, Run
control userpasswords2
Choose your account name and clear the Users must box.
just go to click the orb> control panel> user accounts> change or delete password
or since its 7 you can just search user account or password when you press the orb
also to get rid of that stupid user account control cran just search that
Click Start, Click Control Panel, Click user accounts and Family Safety, Click Change your Windows Password Click Remove your password.
For Security Reasons it is recommended to have and use a password containing numbers and letters as step to prevent hijack via Remote Assistance

* No longer have to enter account password to access Windows 7 each time. Windows 7 requires that you log on with your user account information each time you start your computer. If you wish to bypass this step, learn how to set up Windows 7 auto login.
