Format the computer and install operating system again. This will delete anything in computer. If you dont know how to do this or if it is too hard, use a software to delete locked folders. Try this: http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/

It really should be as simple as going through and deleting everything in My Documents, and stuff on your desktop.
What you don’t want to do is go and delete any Windows files.
You’ll probably also want to uninstall some programs. If so, go to Control Panel> Add/Remove Software, and just uninstall anything you don’t want on there.
If you have your original CD’s that came with the computer just reinstall the O/S. If you don’t then try logging in under administrator and deleting the files that way.
The only sure way is to use the file Eraser, available as a download. It will erase all files . Go to http://www.heidi.ie/eraser/
