   Do you have 2 versions of Cyberlink DVD Suite installed on your computer?
   Ok, are you trying to un install individual programs? Have you tried un installing Cyberlink DVD Suite Deluxe from programs and features first and then un install remaining programs associated if they remain?
   May I ask why the un install? It might be relevant.

   Run your computer in safe mode. Turn it off and then turn it on again while pressing the F8 button. Click on safe mode. Now uninstall it. Try the regular way or try to delete the files associated with the program. Now restart your computer.
