It’s normal for that program to block all the processes that run. Try to follow these instructions to disable the virus and then remove it with a legitimate anti-spyware:

you are infected with a rogue security software called antispyware soft.
Here what you need to do
start your computer in safe mode with networking
here is how to start in safe mode.
shut down your computer.
start your computer
immediately keep on toggling F8 button until it says start windows in safe mode, safe mode with networking etc etc
choose start windows in safe mode with networking
once you are in safe mode you can find all corners of screen would be saying safe mode.
open a browser
go to cnet.com
download malware bytes antimalware
install it
after installing it will automatically update. make sure you are connected to internet
once installation and update is done for malware bytes antimalware run a full system scan by malware bytes antimalware
it will take more than 15 minutes depending files in your computer
once the scan is complete it will show you the result and click on remove selected. by default malware bytes antimalware will select all found trojans.
to remove completely malwarebytes antimalware will ask to restart the computer
restart the computer immediately.
turn off system restore point
again turn system restore on
try to browse internet . if you cant browse internet do following
open internet explorer
go to tools -internet options-connections-lan settings- uncheck proxy server
now you must be able to go online
after that install any antivirus programme . there are many friee versions available. like avg or avast or avira
