   It’s normal. She needs to update her RAM for Firefox and AVG and all that stuff take up more RAM for they run in the background.

   If memory serves – there’s a clicking noise and screen might die when old video card dies. Hums ??? sorry just added another one for older machines that can happen. Simply replace video card.
