Contact customer service for HP, don’t bother with the "Monkey" just ask for a "Supervisor or a manager"
Express concern that it is teh 3rd time in for SAME repair, therefore whatever they have done before DOES NOT repair it
Ask for either a replacement machine now (3 times with same fault should be enough for that) or a credit against a new machine.
I had a camera went faulty JUST out of warranty, then again 7 months later. Had to pay for 2nd repair, 1st was covered as "goodwill" When it failed a 3rd time, manuf SWAPPED ehtire camera body for an updated model due to a clear "internal fault causing repeated failures"
