You don’t give reason for needing such detail. That is, why you absolutely must have exactly the same CD. Note that though there are many labels (brands) there are nowhere near that many manufacturers.
ImgBurn will give you that level of detail, but it won’t help you choose a brand.
Same brand doesn’t always come from same manufacturer.
I do not see how you can possibly be certain of always getting product from same factory, which is what I "think" you think you need to do.

As far as I know you can’t.
None of this matters if it’s a blank disk. For whatever reason you require disks with the same specs, purchase another multi pack of new CD’s, they will all be pretty much identical to each other.
Disregard your single blank disk.
