   Are you on high-speed internet or dial up?
   Right now a lot of avatars’ faces are missing ….
   Some of it could be the volume that yahoo can/cannot handle as fast as you would prefer.

   It’s Yahoo’s web site, not your pc. They have glitches from time to time…..
