If you are having a virus or Malware problem, you should receive professional Malware removal support from a site like http://geekpolice.net/
I recommended it because they provide real fast support and a cure is guaranteed.
its like bestbuys bestseller u should really it its 100% worth it heres the link

I concur 100% with Samuel.
I would like to mention one thing and that is a little known website called http://www.filehippo.com.
All downloads are free and they have the system information to support the programs as well as previous versions for those running service packs of XP and older. Try it I think you’ll like it.
Although there are many safe sites, it only takes one bad one to get hit.
I would recommend you download Kaspersky Internet Security.
It has a nice interface, and you can download the trial to see if you like it before you buy it.
It has a fairly low memory footprint, and it is ranked in the top percentile by independent testing companies.
Another nice feature is the "Pause Protection".
Sometimes you are not doing anything that requires protection, perhaps burning a CD/DVD or watching a movie, or copying files, etc.
During these periods you simply pause Kaspersky for a set amount of time, and then you get full resources of your computer.
It will then automatically start back up when you are done.
This is the only product I recommend to my clients, and it is what I use to protect my own home network.
These are good and free;

I have use and still do both of these on my computers and my friends and they are both very good
Only use one of them.
Norton is rubbish anyway. It is the worst anti-virus product currently on the market. At one time it used to be good – before Symantec took over. Norton acts more like a virus and entrenches itself deep into your system. The software will do more harm to your PC than good and when you to to remove it, it leaves behind over 375 traces in your registry files/folders and subsystem. You have to download their removal tool just to get it off of your system. You are much better off with a free anti-virus product.
NOD32 and Kaspersky are the best anti-virus applications and much better than the best sellers Norton and McAfee (recent tests at av-comparatives.org). If you want a free anti-virus, AVG, Avast! or AntiVir all are better than Norton (install only 1).
