Find out the virus’ name through task manager, then do some research on the virus and find out what registry edits it infects.
Start your computer in safe mode, read the registry edit.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER

Microsoft

CurrentVersion

Look carefully for weird looking names, and look out for the file path too.. if you find something suspicious google the name.
Alright once you found your file click on "Modify Data" it should show you the path of the virus.
GO to the path and delete the virus, if you are unable to open taskmanager and try to close it.
Then delete it and remove it from your registry editer.

Or download avast and run a boot mode scan. << Your best bet.
Boot Into Safe Mode.Restart Your Computer And Before The Boot Screen Appears,Tap F8 15 Times.
Choose Safe Mode With Networking.
Click Your Account.
Click My Computer>C:\>Program Files>Malwarebytes>Change mbam setup To Something Like fgdh.exe.Then Open Malwarebytes,Then Scan Your Computer.
Download installation file of Malwarebytes Anti-malware (mbam-setup.exe) to another computer.
Transfer the file to infected computer using pendrive (USB flash drive),.Try renaming the mbam-setup.exe if installation fails.
Try renaming the mbam.exe if the program installs, but doesn’t run.
(You have to rename malwarebytes to make it work)
keep your computer off and take it to a computer docter dude or whatever they call them.
of curse you have a smart virus! ahahahah beware!
You may not have a smart virus at all..are you sure your logged into the computer as the administrator ?
