   In order to better understand the situation you are dealing with I need more information about your operating system.

   OBTAINING SYSTEM INFORMATION AND STARTUP PROGRAMES :

   1. Download (save) SYSDUMP utility ,STARTUP LIST at this
   locations :

   2. Run these files.

   TAKING A SCREENSHOT :

   In order to be able to correctly identify the situation, include a screen shot of the issue you encounter:

   1. When the error message is on you desktop press the PrintScreen key
   (PrintScreen is located at the top of the keyboard, at right. At this step we
   can not see anything, as the picture is copied into Windows’ clipboard);
   2. Open the standard Paint program, that comes with every Windows
   installation (Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> Paint);
   3. Paste the picture (Edit -> Paste);
   4. Save the file into the JPEG format into a location of your choice

   After the above process ends make sure to send me the reports (sysdump.tar and startuplist.txt) and the screenshot.

   Download and install Avast 4.8 free edition and when it installs, get it to do a boot-time scan of your PC. That way Avast scans your PC BEFORE Windows loads up, hopefully not giving the virus time to propagate itself and hide elsewhere.

   Also, run DrWeb Cure-It. It’s free and it is VERY good at finding and deleting viruses.

   If you have your start up disks restore your pc to factory settings.

   in this type you can’t even load antivirus
