reboot in safe mode with networking
download kaspersky virus removal tool
install and scan your computer
the file will be remove when you closed it
download also conficker remover(KK v3.4.7)
maybe your computer infected with conficker
you should enable windows automatic update so it will download latest security patch
be sure that you have install Windows Installer 3.0 or later
Restart PC in safe mode by gently tapping F-8 key, choosing Safe Mode with Networking from the safe mode list. Download, update, run Malwarebytes in Full Scan. When done and restarted out of safe mode, download, update, run SuperAntiSpyware, and A-squared. Clean up by downloading, using ccleaner and using the reg-cleaner in ccleaner. Turn off System Restore and turn back on…
win32 Heur or Win32/Heur is actually a deadly trojan virus that releases a firestorm of malicious activity throughout your computer. If you have come under the attack of this virus then you need to remove Win32 Heur as soon as possible.(you can remove it using a combo superantispyware free edition and malwarebytes, run each program seperately, be aware though you may or may not have to rename these security programs to make them work.
See if you have the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal tool in your computer since your getting microsoft updates…hit start…hit run…type in mrt…click ok….if the splash screen appears…click next…first do a quick scan followed by a full scan….the tool is designed to get rid of infections in the System 32 Files which is the case of your senario……..If you don’t have it go into safe mode and download it at Microsoft download center….and if that fails….no other option except to reformat the pc and put the original disc back in and start all over again………of course before doing that you can always use a USB Flash drive to put anything you want to keep that is important like files and Photos……….
