Every time I don’t use the computer for at least 20-30 min. or more, websites won’t load. Or it will say"connection timeout",page error". What I always have to do is restart the computer in order for it to work correctly! I could be online for 8 hrs. straight, but if I leave the computer alone for a while then get back on,it gives me that same problem. I have ran scans,CCleaner, registry cleaner, but nothing prevents it from not happening. It has been doing this for a while now!
I have Windows XP desktop. I have plenty of memory. My idle is set to 30 min. Any help would be appreciated..

You don’t have to restart your computer!
1.You jest have to close the windows and open Internet Explorer again and find that page you were on via the history thing
2. Refresh that page
Find out definitively if it is related to your PC going into idle mode by setting your idle up to an hour or two, and coming back in 45 minutes and seeing if you still have the problem.
if it is related to the idling problem, it sounds like your network card isn’t playing nicely with the idle feature of your motherboard, so, you’ll have to do without or look for fixes from the manufacturers.
If it is NOT related to the idle power saving features, I’ve had this problem before with a wireless network card that would sometimes lose the network and was for some reason too stupid to reconnect. I could get back on by going into the control panel under network stuff and disabling and re-enabling that network connection, or by rebooting.
If the second thing there is the case, check for new drivers or maybe even get a new, more reliable network card.
