I have CCleaner installed on my PC and i use its both options of "Cleaner" & "Registry" every time i use my PC before shutting it down. Is it a good practice ?

Clean Registry and Optimize PC
Its fine to clear files and cookies/history etc. But i do not advise ‘fixing’ registry entries every day, unless you constantly install/unistall new software. it is pointless to remove invalid entries every day, this does not affect the performance or longevity of your pc
good enough… dont worry.. no problem will be caused unless u clear RESTORE points
If you shut it down every day, its a bit excessive but it wont harm your computer or anything. I suggest running ccleaner with both clean and registry at least once a month, maybe biweekly.
It’s not too bad a practice, anyway, though it might not be all that necessary at such frequency.
