It appears to me that you have spyware running on your computer or just some virus written by a beginer.Anyway it is a very serious thing to consider.
Because you said that you have run spyware programs and everything that you can think of I would say that the programs were either not up to date or they were some low quality programs. You should check Panda Platinium 2006 software – it has everything build in it and update it. Only after that you should run a full system check. If this doesn’t help then you should check the control panel for some instaled wier programs like weather toolbar. If there are some they can be the reason for the pop up messages.
But if this doesn’t help either you should format i.e. reinstal your operating system. In this way you would have a clean computer (just watch out waht you are downloading).
