   Just perform a complete "System Recovery" to start fresh. Just make sure that you have backed up all personal files as they will be removed during the hard drive formatting process. Copy them to DVD’s or Flash Drives for installation after the recovery. Use the set of Recovery Disks you made for your computer operating system or the "D" Recovery partition of the hard drive. There are some "free" registry cleaners that can be used, but with the number of registry errors you have, it would take a long time to get them all.
