Don’t ask me. I’m stupid when it comes to computers
I just received the same message. It has ALL the signs of a hacker trying to get into your system. I can’t be sure, because I tried to get more information about it & haven’t found any yet. In any case, I am not going to click the "Add to contacts" button unless I hear different from a vary reputable source.
it’s a scam to get you to download a virus to your computer do not click it or ad it to your contacts list…
Don’t listen to it. Delete it!
If you didn’t do anything, you shouldn’t be infected. To be safe, run some scanners.
Here’s a few free ones.

It’s a fake message. Don’t even respond to it. The patch is itself a virus.
run your virus scan>full scan
I have Mac and Windows Systems, and they’ve appeared on both. Don’t click on any link provided, nor add to your contacts. Block the user, and before you close the window check the check box that says: ‘Report abuse from this person’ That way you report this user to skype.
I’m telling you this because i once did run the link and my windows computer did get awfully infected resulting in loss of numerous valuable files, and costly recovery. These are just people running scams and spyware on comp. Just to mess you up. I wouldn’t like to have them as my contacts!
And thanks for asking/consulting before you did anything! Saved your life! :o)
