   I think that you may have to run disc defragmant and then try accessing the internet, if this doesn’t work, then you may have to call the customer support for your virus checker.

   Two reputable viruscheckers are Norton 360, or Mcaffee, both of which should have free trial downloads, and they will answer any questions you may have via "live chat"

   Try cleaning it again with Malwarebytes as you havent got rid of it completely:-
