Delete it. They are talking about a free trial for something, and they will try and sell you something eventually. Microsoft would never send a msg like that.

No this e-mail is a circulation of a spyware program. Do not fret, it does not contain spyware just links to the questionable programs. Your computer is clean most likely

Usually your spam blocker would let you know if anything was wrong with your computer, not through e-mail.
