You can try Reginout
hi in your Q itself there a A you just remove the antivirus and try the free edition antivirus softwares like
Avira Avast etc
as for my knowledge these are the best for PC’s and laps
First off You downloaded Malware. I suggest downloading:
Malwarebytes
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
and
Microsoft Security Essentials
http://www.microsoft.com/Security_Essentials
Once you’ve done this, then update and run a full system scan
1) The invalid shortcuts mean that the shortcut has either been deleted or moved. So no
2) The windows registry, just means that there is something wrong in the registry. I doubt it
3) The tracking cookies are something that is tracking you. So yes
4) I do not know about the file associations. Sorry
5) The application file, means that there is an empty file location. So no
You have been given a Spyware software. It is a virus which will automatically pop up and shows that its cleaning the Hard drive and then bring false results and ask you to click where you have to pay. Its a total hack and I would suggest using a online Virus Scanner or anti spy from Mcafee or Norton.
There are things that will pop up on bad sites that are just a money grab. They list problems that you don’t have.
I can’t say though whether in this case it has listed real problems or not.
I do use Malbytes (anti malware) though and it is excellent.
Well first thing, You are not talking about Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware Pro because it does NOT detect "tracking cookies". The research team does not mess with cookies because they will not harm your pc and are only used for tracking you on the internet.
With that said, you have installed a ROGUE of some sort because the real Mbam is free to detect and remove threats and can be downloaded from here
http://www.malwarebytes.org/
Click the Free Version
* Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
* At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to the following:
o Update Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
o Launch Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware
* Then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform quick scan, then click Scan.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
