I just upgraded my computer to windows XP.?
And now a message pops up every 5 minutes. Saying Message from system to alert 1/11/2007. STOP! IMMEDIATLY ATTENTION REQUIRED. windows has found CRITICAL SYSTEM ERRORS. download registry cleaner from: www.clean32.com. FAILURE TO ACT NOW MAY LEAD TO DATA LOSS AND CORRRUPTION!
does any one know hoe to get rid of this pop up?

Two things you should do.
First, download and install winpatrol from below. look through all the startup items. this can see in the registry where msconfig doesn’t look. Also look in services to see what is set to ‘automatic’. Research both through the process library at http://www.liutilities.com
Second, download and install superantispyware from below. it is simply the best out there for now.
Both programs are free.
Try running msconfig and seeing if some nasty is set to run at startup.
Do NOT do what it says, run a Spyware Remover and etc, such as ADAWARE SE from lavasoft.com
This is adware. DO NOT do as it says!
