   u can try for system mechanic ,it not only cleans the registry, but it also use to keep the system with optimum performance,if it not works then u can try for various other registry cleaner which is available free in the web

   its probably spyware, which is bad for your computer. if you have anti spyware programs like norton, you should do a scan and it will try to remove the bad viruses. just do NOT click on the ads. it will make it worse. if it doesnt get fixed, maybe bring your tower to a geek squad at a best buy. they will check it out and tell you your problems, and fix it. for a price obv
