   Get a anti-spyware program. One of the best is SpybotSearch&Destroy which can be found at http://www.safer-networking.org/en/index.html
   it’s realy good and is for free.

   It is also good to realy check and clean the registry once in a while…
   you con use CleanMyPC Registry Cleaner found at http://www.registry-cleaner.net/

   Those types of messages are usaully caused by spyware. If you have any antispyware software that came with the computer, then run a scan and remove anything that it finds. If you dont have any antispyware or antivirus software you can go to microsoft. They have free products available, but you might want to consider investing into some security products like norton, mcaffee, trend micro, panda etc.
