As the error message is saying, it is having problem with appdata.
Check if appdata is set to %USERPROFILE%\Application Data
1) click start
2) click Run
3) type: regedit
4) press enter
5) in the registry editor, then look in the left pane, expand "HKEY_CURRENT_USER" by pressing the + sign next to it
6) look for "Software" in it and expand it using the + sign.
7) Similarly, continue exploring Microsoft \ Windows \ CurrentVersion \ Explorer \ User Shell Folders
"Microsoft" then "Windows" … when you reach "User Shell Folders" select it
8) on the right pane, check "AppData" entry, in the data column see if it has
%USERPROFILE%\Application Data
if it does not then double click it and set it to that value, then click OK.
