You can try to open the file with a different program, such as windows media player, try that and see if it works or else the computer may not be able to operate fast enough to play the video because its in HD.
system errors can mess up a computer now if it is a laptop yea its gonna run slow but if it a desk top u might need to defrag your computer
This is because it’s a FULL HD, probably uncompressed. Try to add more RAM and use SSD hard drives – they are faster! So your pc will be able to playback this super fat video stream.
Also you can use some compression settings in your camera so the video stream will be not so high at speed and fat.
If nothing helps try any good junk cleaner like ccleaner or Auslogics BoostSpeed, this will solve many of your issues. Cheers!
