   but to answer your question, I use Norton and Sophos. Also, avoid online games like addictinggames.com (loaded with viruses)

   use the layered approach for antivirus get avast 5 and for antispy-anti malware get both of these malwarebytes and superantispyware and to clean up all the junk on computer use ccleaner all of these are free and very good get all at filehippo.com
