   How do you know the images are random when they appear in the temp folder?
   Since they’re only images, I highly doubt they will cause any harm.

   If you’re really paranoid, reboot your computer into safe mode with networking, scan with a virus scanner AND a spyware scanner. (not at the same time though. This can cause problems.)

   Just clean out your temporary junk every once in a while.
   Cookies, temporary internet files, recycle bin, etc, all that junk you don’t need.
   What do I recommend for that? CCleaner. It’ll clear out all that little stuff that your computer doesn’t need.

   Try Avira anti virus first. It’s good.

   Delete whatever it finds. Then use Ccleaner It will clean out all those temp files and more. Good program.
