Computer users always encounter many problems such as the above from time to time. Then, do you really know why these PC problems happen?
The Windows registry stores information about a computer’s configuration like a database repository. Installing and uninstalling software will make your registry a mess, leading to decreased PC performance and causing computer crashes.
The registry size keeps growing when you use Windows. When the registry becomes very large, your computer’s performance will be decayed and unstable. Some computer users even spend a lot of time trying to go through the registry and edit it manually. Not only can this be a daunting task, it is also a risky one.
Fix your pc errors:

And Fix Your Driver Errors and Speed up Your PC
scan your PC and pinpoint problems that can be fixed and optimized to its full potential by using the full version. Driver cleans your hard-drive, keeps your drivers updated, and makes sure everything is running like:

You can start by getting rid of Vista. Lol…just kidding.
Seriously what you’ll want to do is check to see whether you have any large files that you don’t use. For most people these space-hogs are either installed applications, or downloaded movies. (Sometimes music but generally people who have enough music to affect performance are already computer nerds and can fix it themselves)
If you’re not computer savvy, you may want to have a friend help you when uninstalling applications, as some of them may be necessary for your operating system.
The best way to really clean up a computer is to backup all your important files, reformat the hard disk and then reinstall the system. Also reinstall (don’t drag and drop) all applications. You can drag and drop your files. Make sure you know what you are doing before you start.
well..idk what a vaio looks like
but at the end of every day when i know im gonna get on the computer anymore
i go to tool, internet option, delete, check everything, and then delete again
it deletes all your browsing history from that day
and you can also empty your recycling bin after every day
its not much but it helps in the longrun (:
Try CCleaner. Free and will get rid of old temp files, registry issues.
