   You could run windows system file checker that is built in with your software. Search for it under help.

   If that doesn’t work, I would use system restore to go back to the working conditon. You would have to back up/copy and then reload any new data/letters etc you have created cause it will be lost.

   CrapCleaner now known as "ccleaner" is a great program with a registry fix tool.

   You should get a local expert to help you cause you don’t want to mess up the registry any further.
