   maybe you have to update your operating system again

   →so install one of these programs
   ✎Windows update agent
   http://download.windowsupdate.com/WindowsUpdate/redist/standalone/7.0.6000.381/WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe

   ✎Windows Installer 4.5 Redistributable:
   http://www.microsoft.com/downloadS/details.aspx?familyid=5A58B56F-60B6-4412-95B9-54D056D6F9F4&displaylang=en

   ✎or go to ‘control panel’
   →click on WINDOWS UPDATE
   it will take you to the windows page
   →check for updates ( that might take a while)
   →install the updates (that may take another while so stay calm and have lunch meanwhile XD)

   ❣then try to install it again

   →select SAVE and store the setup program on your computer , so you can use it in case you have to reinstall one day
