i really messed up my computer. should i do a clean install?

   download Ubuntu 7.04 live cd and burn it to a cd and put in the macbook and boot from it and copy everything you want to an external hdd.any help email me at odehrish@yahoo.com.

   well if you can get into the O then its easy, but if you can’t then your in for an intresting ride. Basicly your going to have to download OSx and save it to a dvd or whatever and then try to reinstall it that way. I have never tried doing this before though so I have no idea what is going to happen to all your stuff

   Drag and drop to external.

   It should speed up mac if you do a clean install.
