i have program for popups but it keeps happening. I know they just want me to buy something, it has to be a way to fix problem. pls help

It is a very common problem…This happens when u install windows from a restore disc…The best way is to delete the partition ( C drive) and then install windows.. oviously back up your data…

you have more than likely contacted a site that’s infected with a trojan horse virus. Never answer or respond to a ‘pop up’ that says you need to fix, clean or repair your register even if it comes from Windows, that’s been duplicated, too. It shut down my computer for over 2 weeks. In other words, that’s how long it took the technician to correct the problem. I ended up losing all my data/information except the info on the restore/backup discs. Unfortunately, all I had on those discs were originals. Go to Office Depot and buy yourself some antiphishing software , it’s relatively affordable. But, you may need to scrub your hard drive and start from square 1. If you can’t use your computer as you normally do, you have the bad, bad, bad, bad, virus and need to have the hard drive cleaned & restored. Hope this helps. By the way, if someone else uses your computer, that person may be the one accessing a site with the virus attached.
