   You should try restore the system to a days before.

   Usually you have to re install the program for your sound card. Best thing to do usually is to take it into a store that deals with computers best buy staples etc and ask them if they can re install the drivers. Its alot easier then going to the main computers web page and downloading it because you may download the wrong type of driver

   Go to your computer manufacturer’s website and download the audio drivers for your model.
