You are going to want to download and update Superantispyware all in safe mode.
http://download.cnet.com/SuperAntiSpyware-Free-Edition/3000-8022_4-10523889.html?part=dl-6281995&subj=dl&tag=button
Download Superantispyware from there and run a scan.
Start Task manager (CTRL + Shift+esc) and sort all processes by CPU usage.
Google the process name + word problems. OR just stop it.
Also, consider updating your AVAST.
Re-boot your computer in SAFE MODE
To run it in Safe Mode, as soon as your computer turns on hit the F8 key (repeatedly) until a screen comes up
Choose Start computer in SAFE MODE with network support
Download and install Malware Bytes and AVAST free edition
http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
Run a FULL SCAN with both programs – They are FREE.

Have you tried getting your Pc back to the shop for technical support? This would really help. If this is not possible (for your x y reasons) try running an internet virus scan through safe mode. Many antivirus companies offer you this ability through their web site.
Go into your programs (usually C:/ Program-Files ) and look to see if there is any programs you have not seen before also look in your "common files" folder there as well this is to see if that website has downloaded an infectious program without your permission whether you choose to or not.If you see some thing like personal security uninstall it right away and if your not sure about a program just look it up on the internet if you can.
