   The same thing happened to my lap top. my fathers tec at work downloaded malwarebytes and it worked perfectly and got rid or the issue. i will give you the link to the free download, now every sunday i run a scan to get rid of any issues. also next time you have any kind of a popup like that, hit ctrl-alt-delete and end the entire task, dont just X out, it will get into your computer anyways. well good luck!
