Clean Registry and Optimize PC
If you are not familiar with the registry I would not reccomend doing anything to it. The registry basically controls all functions of the computer and I certainly would not trust another person or program to make registry changes unchecked. Take it to a professional or read up on the registry before you make any serious modifications.
It does help performance and you should use it once a month.
I have never used one but I have heard positive feedback about it.
its my favorite i recently sold my computer i had it on ( i build and sell custom pc’s) and i put it on every pc i sell. Its the best i run it about once a week. But im going to a mac soon.. so so long..
