This is a very traumatic thing. When I got that lil bastard Win anti virus pro icon on my desktop it was all down hill from there. make sure you take off the few things you want to save from the impending doom. Then reboot into safe mode one last time just to say good bye…after that ignite the CLEANSE TO FACTORY STANDARDS!
Click on My Computer then right click on the Hard Disk click Format and put in your PC ID code.
You might want to watch someone (have a friend do it) for the first time with you.
There is a little bit involved.
Once you get started, make sure you format the HD (dont repair). You will want make sure you back up things before you start. You will so want to take notice of the important items such as your Video Card, Sound Card, and Network Card as you may need to download these in order to bring your computer back online for the first time. Do you have all of your software?
