   Uder windows the following files are safe to delete :-

   temp folder
   temporary internet files
   Cookies

   But a best way to delete these plus some more unnecessary files is :–
   go to start -> programs -> Accessories -> System Tools
   Then select the drive in which you want to delete files and click ok.

   Or

   another way of deleting such material is
   in the internet explorer go to
   tools -> internet options -> click on delte cookies, delete files,clear history

   do both these things and a lot of unnecesssary space will be free now.

   yes all the files you have mentioned are safe to delete they include:
   temporary internet files,
   temporary files temp
   history
   that includes cookies
   infact they are one reason as to slowing down of computers.
