The best place to look for drivers for your PC is the site of the manufacturer of your PC. For example, if it is a Dell, look on the Dell site. Normally under their Support or Download section you will be able to select your PC and all the drivers for it will be listed.
It is unusual for a computer to require a USB driver. Normally they are generic and controlled by a driver included in Windows. If you are using XP, make sure that you have installed SP2 (or SP3), as it updates the USB driver.

Drivers.com. Period.
Without the brand name of the computer, and the specific model, how would you expect anyone to be able to offer you a site where you can download the drivers for it?
If you’re using Windows XP, which again, you haven’t stated, have you downloaded Service Pack 2? Microsoft updated USB support when they released that Service Pack.
