   Shutdown the pc then start it up in safe mode with networking (pess F8 on the boot-up screen for safemode) safemode only runs the necssery programs for your pc to run. So it wont start up the registry cleaner program. Then try to unistall the program. After that download malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org/ run the full system scan. I also recommend avg free version if u dont have and virus protection

   How about uninstall them from the "Control Panel" of your computer, it should help.

   Otherwise turn to some uninstall software, there are lots of strong ones out there.
